Package and parcel delivery information for customers.
Express Package, Parcel Deliveries or Collecting your Goods.
Express delivery is our most cost-effective standard delivery service, and your items will usually be delivered within 5 working days* (if in stock). Where possible we will try and notify you by email or text message depending on transport type advising delivery information.
If an alternative service, such as by 10 am, is available this will be displayed at the time of purchase. If additional services are not possible, they will not display.
* Working days = Monday to Friday, less bank holidays
All goods must be checked on arrival and delivery paperwork signed by a responsible person, appointed by the purchaser unless a prior agreement has been made with the delivery company to leave the goods at the property at which point these will be left at the customer's risk.
If the parcel delivery company attempts to deliver and unfortunately there is no one available to accept delivery, the parcel delivery company will leave a card indicating they have tried to deliver. It is your responsibility to arrange another delivery when it is more suitable.
Lead times may extend during busy periods.
Asking your neighbour to accept delivery
If you know you will be away from the property during the day, leave a note for the transport company to deliver next door.
Before signing for goods
It is very important that you inspect the goods for any possible damage. Even if you suspect the goods might be slightly damaged sign the consignment note as goods received damaged. If you do not do so, it will not be possible for the goods to be replaced as you will have confirmed that you received them in good condition.
COLLECTING. Telephone +44 0 1531 584000 to arrange.
